Our dedicated in-house team will collect, clean, and deliver your clothes within 24 hours, all from our flagship store located in the heart of the Upper West Side.

We provide pickup services throughout Manhattan, spanning from the bustling Financial District up to 110th Street. Enjoy complimentary contactless pickup and delivery services between 7 pm and 9 pm, adding further convenience to your experience.

Embracing a cashless system, our process is both reliable and efficient. Your order is automatically billed to your stored card, with a detailed receipt promptly sent to your inbox after each transaction.

Standard laundry services, including wash & fold, are returned within 24 hours. Dry cleaning orders are typically processed and delivered within 72 hours.

Rechelle Balanzat serves as the CEO & Founder of Juliette – a visionary solo female tech entrepreneur. Since its inception in September 2014 from a humble basement laundromat in Murray Hill, Juliette has flourished under her leadership.
